Data-Based Process Improvement focuses on induction and deduction learning to help individuals develop critical thinking skills and improve their use of data. This management series of four sessions merges subject matter knowledge in six sigma, lean manufacturing, and theory of constraints with improvement initiatives to sustain organizational growth. The course goes beyond statistical thinking; it ensures that the skills you learn will be used effectively by your organization.

With program completion, you will:
  • Understand how to increase the quality of information and knowledge obtained WITHOUT increasing data quantity
  • Know how to build a foundation for effective investigation and process/project management
  • Be able to develop thought processes that support critical questioning in data acquisition and interpretation
  • Develop plans to support action and direct change
