The three-week (non-consecutive) Practical Strategies for Process Improvement Institute goes beyond just teaching statistical thinking; we ensure that the skills you learn in the course will be used effectively by your organization. With program completion, you will:

  • Understand the role, advantages, and methods of planned process experimentation
  • Become proficient in the use of statistical software for performing statistical analysis and discovering cause-and-effect relationships
  • Be able to develop useful metrics for the on-going evaluation and improvement of current processes
  • Benefit from faculty mentoring in critical organizational projects both during and after the program

The Practical Strategies for Process Improvement Institute is an integral part of UT's four-week, onsite Black Belt Certification initiative.
